Tuning for the Mercedes CPC NG (Central Powertrain Controller) — a specialty controller beyond the engine ECU, delivered through the D-Sync platform and priced separately from the engine packages.

Includes the CPC OTS Tune. Original CPC ECODE + EDATA files provided — third-party tuners can modify and deliver. $599 USD is the upgrade price for existing D-Sync OTS customers. Covers one VIN — order by email and include your VIN.

What the CPC license includes

• CPC OTS tune — removes the internal torque limit, the stationary rev / pops-and-bangs limit and the exhaust-valve opening limit.
• Original CPC ECODE + EDATA files — matched to your CPC's software versions; third-party tuners can modify them and deliver.
• Covers one VIN; license only — the D1 dongle is not included. CPC NG coding (beta) stays free for OTS customers — see coding functions.

How a CPC NG flash works

1. Read the CPC versions (free) — plug in the D1 dongle with the ignition on and the engine off; the app reads the CPC's bootloader, ECODE and EDATA versions. Nothing is written at this step.
2. Activate the license — after your order the CPC license is bound to your VIN; before writing, the app reads the VIN from the engine ECU and checks it.
3. Download the files — on the app's Files page, download the stock ECODE, stock EDATA and OTS tune matched to your CPC's versions. Downloads need internet (disconnect from the D1 Wi-Fi first); files are stored encrypted on the phone, so the flash itself runs offline.
4. The app picks the path:
   • Factory CPC — clone onto a new CPC & tune: backs up the car's VIN and every readable coding value from the original CPC. A new CPC module must be fitted before anything is written; the app then writes the D-Sync bootloader and verifies it by read-back, writes the stock ECODE plus your chosen EDATA, and restores the VIN and coding onto the new CPC.
   • Already-unlocked CPC — direct flash: writes the EDATA only, no backup or restore needed.
   • Unsupported bootloaders are blocked before anything is written — the car is left untouched.
5. Confirm every write — each write step asks for confirmation and re-checks the VIN first. Do not switch off the car or unplug the D1 while writing.

Third-party tuners

We provide the original CPC ECODE + EDATA files for your car. Your tuner modifies the calibration (EDATA) and sends it back; we load it onto your VIN and you flash it from the app like an OTS file — encrypted delivery, no extra tools.

What you need

• A car with a CPC NG module. The AMG GT coupe and roadster (C190 / R190: GT, GT S, GT C, GT R, Black Series) have no CPC module. Fit is confirmed from your VIN.
• For a factory CPC: a new CPC module to replace the original before writing (the original CPC's VIN and coding are backed up first).
• The D-Sync D1 Wi-Fi dongle (sold separately, or the one you already own) and the D-Sync app V2.2 or later.
• The CPC flash is independent of the engine ECU tune — the engine OTS files do not need a CPC flash.

Pricing & ordering
