The GLS 450 (X167), 2020–2023, runs the Mercedes M256 (Gen 1) 3.0T Inline-6 engine. Our Stage 1 OTS tune takes it from 367 hp / 500 Nm to 500 hp / 650 Nm, and Stage 2 pushes it to 520 hp / 700 Nm.

All gains validated on real cars. Factory safety parameters preserved. · Requires a one-time Autotuner bench unlock before the first flash. We do not perform the unlock ourselves — Autotuner benches are common at performance shops worldwide, and any shop with one can do it.

How flashing works

After the one-time Autotuner bench unlock (we do not perform the unlock ourselves — Autotuner benches are common at performance shops worldwide, and any shop with one can do it), every tune is flashed over the OBD port from your phone: plug in the D-Sync D1 Wi-Fi dongle, open the D-Sync app, pick Stage 1 or Stage 2, and flash. Your factory calibration is saved automatically — revert to stock with one tap, anytime.
